TERMS OF USE
The following Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Canadian Lymphedema Framework’s proprietary Health Professionals Toolkit (HP Toolkit) located at www.canadalymph.ca/HP-toolkit-access. The Canadian Lymphedema Framework reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, including, without limitation, in connection with the final release of the toolkit.
The Canadian Lymphedema Framework owns and operates the HP Toolkit and owns or licenses the resources contained therein. The Terms apply to all subscribers to the HP Toolkit. To access the HP Toolkit, you must agree to the Terms. By using the HP Toolkit you indicate your continued acceptance of the Terms. If you are an agent or employee of another entity then you hereby represent and warrant that:
- The individual accepting this agreement is duly authorized to accept this agreement on such entity’s behalf and to bind such entity, and
- Such entity has full power, corporate or otherwise, to enter into this agreement and perform its obligations hereunder.
Any additional features, tools, materials, etc. That may be added to the HP Toolkit in the future are subject to the Terms, unless stated otherwise.
The HP Toolkit is a compilation of resources to support the clinical practice of healthcare professionals. All materials have been compiled with the permission of the original authors or creators (if applicable). Users must subscribe to the HP Toolkit to access the resources contained within. Access is granted on an individual subscription basis and may not be shared with non-subscribers or transferred to another user.
Materials in the HP Toolkit are for the use of the subscriber only and may not be copied, reproduced, posted on a website or distributed in any way without the express written consent of the Canadian Lymphedema Framework.
Images and clinical content such as case studies and presentation slides may be used for educational purposes only. Examples include presentations to health care professionals, educational content for newsletters or journals or for audiences in educational, healthcare or government/funding institutions. Credit must given to the Canadian Lymphedema Framework for all content that makes use of materials in this HP Toolkit.
Use of materials for the sole promotion of yourself or your place of work is prohibited.
Violations of the Terms will result in immediate termination of the subscriber’s access to the HP Toolkit.
