Session selection is not required except for:

  • exercise sessions for patients, due to the limited size of the room, and;
  • pre-conference industry symposiums for health professionals who are registering for the Friday conference.

If you are interested in either of these types of sessions, please note your interest in your registration form. The sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A member of the Organizing Committee will contact you to confirm your place in the session.

What your conference registration includes

Friday pricing includes: mid morning break, afternoon break and evening networking reception
*Friday Lunch is not included, however there are a number of restaurants nearby as well as a hotel cafe on site
Saturday pricing includes: mid morning break, light lunch, afternoon break


*Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances, subject to organizing committee approval.
